Something much larger is in the works. I repeat this again and again like a broken record: Try to stop seeing this through a gringo lens (yes, Sánchez (WP) is Colombian by heritage, but she thinks like a gringa). These people – from the governments to the non-government organizations to the media - are not “getting” it.
